Animal Bones, Diet and Adaptations

Explore and experience hands-on opportunities to identify and analyze different types of animal bones. Using bones, like skulls and feathers, students will be able to make observations to determine diet and certain advantageous adaptations that animals have obtained to ensure their success and survival.

Play games that simulate animal dietary needs and adaptations, acting out the life of an animal, and experiencing how certain adaptations provide meaningful advantages necessary for survival.
